Hannah is psychologist holding General Registration with AHPRA (the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatatory Authority). She is the founder of Mindaras and is freshly trained in EMDR delivery. Hannah completed her training with the highly regarded EMDR Institute, founded by Francine Shapiro, PhD, who discovered and developed EMDR. Hannah seeks regular supervision in EMDR as she establishes its use as a highly regarded therapy at Mindaras.

The Mindaras Difference

Mindaras is a boutique psychology practice based on the Gold Coast, Australia, established in 2024. Mindaras in highly client-centered. We listen carefully and are always guided by your needs.

EMDR is offered both in person and online. Sessions are offered for 50 or 90 minutes. Intensive session blocks are also offered, where a full treatment of EMDR is offered over 3 days (or up to 10 days, depending on what suits you best) allowing you to see the impact of EMDR quickly.
