EMDR at Mindaras
EMDR helps heal painful memories through guided bilateral stimulation in an 8 phase evidence-based process.
How It Works
Clients focus on a distressing memory while using bilateral stimulation (usually the psychologist’s hand movements), as they guide the client through a journey of exploration and healing. This practice often leads to deeper emotional clarity and self-awareness, allowing clients to confront their past in a supportive environment.
