Online Group Programs
There are so many benefits to group programs... Developing key life skills to help set up the future you've dreamt of, whilst meeting new people and developing friendships. Learning social and self awareness. Listening to other people's thoughts and learning to understand their perpectives. Does this sound like it's what you need to get over your hurdles? Sharing your journey with others can be a rewarding experience. It goes without saying that I ensure the sessions are interactive, engaging and hopefully, fun! These are just some of the reasons why I love providing group therapy and why I believe it can be a great option for many clients.
Group sessions are tailored to the needs and goals of the group. Examples include social-emotional skill development, confidence building, social awareness, friendship development, career exploration, and preparation for change.
Sharing your journey eases the feeling of isolation and helps re-build connection.
If you feel that this is something you would enjoy and benefit from, please reach out to me by clicking here. I can then discuss your needs and goals so that I can form a group of like-minded change-makers.
