Welcome to Mindaras Psychology Clinic

Dedicated to supporting your Journey to Peace and Balance

Hello! I'm Hannah, an Australian Registered General Psychologist, and the Founder of Mindaras Psychology.

Living with hearing loss or tinnitus can feel overwhelming, affecting not just how you hear the world but also how you think, feel and behave. If the constant hum of tinnitus or the challenges of hearing loss are causing stress, anxiety, or feelings of isolation, you are not alone—and Mindaras is here to help.

Mindaras specialises in providing compassionate psychological care tailored to individuals navigating the unique emotional and mental health challenges that come with hearing loss and/ or tinnitus. I understand how deeply these conditions can impact your daily life, relationships, and sense of well-being.

Through evidence-based therapies, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and stress management, I can help you reframe negative thoughts, reduce distress, and regain a sense of control. Whether you’re struggling to adjust to hearing loss or feeling overwhelmed by the persistent sounds of tinnitus, I work with you to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and rediscover joy in life.

You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported. Take the first step toward living a fuller, more balanced life. Contact me today to schedule a consultation or learn more about how we can help. Together, we’ll navigate your journey toward peace of mind and emotional well-being.

I'm a Fully Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency. Ensuring I adopt the most effective practices and maintain awareness of the latest advances in Psychology, I hold:

  • Membership of the Australian Psychological Society

  • Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society with Divisional Membership in Educational and Child Psychology.

  • Membership of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc.
